Short version: this learning site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not sell personal information.

Course progress and live-session seat requests are stored in your browser on this device. Clearing site data removes them. They are not sent to a HavenShield server by the training pages themselves.

If you email [email protected], or use a contact or seat form that opens your mail app, that message is an email you choose to send. We use it to reply. We do not ask for passwords, multi-factor codes, or banking credentials, and you should not send them.
